Forest PostmanPrivacy Policy
Applies to the Forest Postman app for iPhone and iPad. Last updated 22 September 2026.
The short version: Forest Postman collects nothing. It has no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and no network code of any kind — the app cannot send information anywhere because it never connects. Your progress is a file on your own device.
1. Who this policy is from
Forest Postman (“the app”) is published by forestpostman (“we”). If you have a question about anything below, write to dev125732@icloud.com.
2. Personal data we collect
None. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photographs, contacts, location, or any other personal information, and the app provides no way to give them to us.
3. What the app stores on your device
So that the game remembers where you left off, the app writes two small things to its own storage area on your device:
- Progress. Which rounds you have delivered, which chapter you are on, and which keepsake cards you have earned.
- Settings. Whether sound and water motion are on, and which language the game is displayed in.
Both stay on the device. Neither is transmitted, and neither is readable by us or by any other app. Deleting Forest Postman removes them.
4. What the app does not do
- It does not connect to the internet, so nothing is uploaded.
- It contains no analytics or crash-reporting service.
- It shows no advertisements and contains no advertising framework.
- It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across apps or websites.
- It has no accounts, no sign-in and no social features.
- It does not use location, the camera, the microphone, photographs, contacts, the calendar, health data, or notifications.
- It contains no purchases of any kind, and nothing inside it can be bought, traded or exchanged for anything of value.
5. Third parties
There are none. The app ships no third-party SDKs, and no data is shared with, sold to, or processed by anyone else. Apple may collect its own statistics about downloads under Apple’s privacy policy; that happens on the App Store, not in the app, and we receive only aggregate figures that cannot identify anyone.
6. Children
Forest Postman is suitable for all ages and is safe for children. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. There is nothing to buy, no chat, no user-generated content and no links out of the game.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to produce or delete on our side. The data on your device is yours: removing the app removes all of it. You are welcome to write to us to confirm this in writing.
8. Security
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server to breach and no transmission to intercept. The save file is protected by iOS, in the app’s own sandbox, like any other app’s data.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever changes what it stores or begins to use the network, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change. We will not start collecting personal data quietly.
